Terms & Conditions

Payment is due on the date of inspection/treatment. A $12 per week will be charged on overdue invoices to cover administration costs.

Maximum Pest Management needs to be notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment if the property is undergoing any building renovations, high-pressure cleaning, window cleaning, house cleaning or carpet cleaning, as this may prevent us from proceeding with the inspection/treatment.

Cancellation Fees

Please note our office hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm. Cancellations to your scheduled appointments need to be made during these hours.


An email with the date/time of the appointment is sent to every client as confirmation. Every appointment is scheduled at a date/time chosen and agreed upon by the client. A friendly reminder is sent either via mobile text, phone call or email to every client at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.


If a cancellation or a rescheduled appointment is made less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, a cost of $44 inc.GST will be invoiced. This cost will help cover the loss of income that Maximum Pest Management has incurred. Maximum Pest Management will still need to pay wages and fuel costs regardless of whether the work scheduled goes ahead or not. An invoice will be emailed with the cancellation/rescheduling fee.


If a cancellation or a rescheduled appointment is made at the time of the scheduled appointment (once the pest technician/inspector has already arrived for the appointment), an $88 inc. GST cancellation fee will be invoiced. This cost will help cover the loss of income that Maximum Pest Management has incurred. Maximum Pest Management will still need to pay wages and fuel costs regardless of whether the work scheduled goes ahead or not. An invoice will be emailed with the cancellation/rescheduling fee.


A client won’t be allowed to cancel and expect not to be charged a cancellation fee if, for example, he or she cancels because of inconvenience, difficulty, or price, or has forgotten the appointment unless at least 48 hours of notice has been given.

Cancellation Fees for Body Corporates, Real Estate, Property Managers & Tenants

Maximum Pest Management do not charge to collect keys. In an event that the wrong keys are handed over at no fault of Maximum Pest Management and 2 visits are required to the property, an $88 inc. GST fee will apply. This amount will be applied to the invoice on completion of works.

In an event that the tenant cancels/re schedules within 48 hours of the appointment and/or 2 visits are required to the property, and $88inc.GST fee will apply. The Real Estate/ Body Corporate/ Property Manager will need to invoice the tenant directly if this fee needs to be recouped to the owner.
